The RFDS Mt Isa Base operates a Visitors Centre which offers self guided tours incorporating a museum, aircraft display and video presentation.
The Centre also operates the Outback Shop - a retail shop that sells an extensive range of quality RFDS merchandise and memorabilia.
Open Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 4.30pm
Closed on weekends, public and school holidays.
Cost: Donation suggested
There are no preorganised tours as the Centre is fully automated.
